a buddy sends me this - says' clerk at a bass pro hand's guy a bow to try and hands him to short of an arrow - I dont know if its true or old " this is the internet"
It is posted on the TSAA website, along with the other one where the guy was shot in the back of the head, and the ones where the arrow shattered on release and went into the hand. I am sure the reason is right, just not sure of the where and when
This happened in a bass pro shop up north. a buddy of mine was there when it happened the bass pro employee handed the guy a arrow that was too short. This was supposedly the first time the guy had shot a bow so not knowing anything he drew the bow back and the arrow fell off the rest he freaked out and released the arrow. he had to go to the hospital like that because the arrow locked the bow to his hand. OUCH
