      Kinda flat

So it visually looks like the Outback/Swtichback, with new camo. Thin limbs is the biggest change? No new riser design, no new eccentric package? Just shaved weight with thinner limbs. Still looks good, and I bet it will shoot like a charm.

33" ata & 7" brace, a minor redesign of the original switchback- a great platform to build from.

Looks like a great bow, 2 more fps than the original switchback and lighter (that I like), I don't see many already happy Switchback owners dumping their ride for this one- but I've been wrong before.

New limb material, sounds great and will sell-0 but how many limb issue's were they actually having with the old material? (Improved a non issue?)

Heard from the big man himself Bob that your dealer should have one of these new bows today.

When I looked at the site it said that it had a Drenalin cam. No idea how different that is from the cam on the switchbacks (cobra cam?) but it looked like a new one to me.

                WHAT!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Another short bow, I was hoping for a little longer axle to axle but Mathews continues too put out what they want and not what the customer wants. I haven't bought one in 2 years, guess I will save my money again. Thanks Mathews, your pushing me to the other side.

Upon further review, they seem to have new libm pocket system?? And a "turret" at the ends of the riser. Interesting way to increase speed and maintain limb integrity.

It will be intersting. I like my switchback well enough but would like one I love like my legacy. I hope I will like this one as it will probably be my primary going on my Elk hunt next fall.

That's it? Skinnier limbs and +2fps IBO and $50 more msrp.

I'd think the Mathews guys would be disappointed.

Well, I can say after all the hype(and a Mathews site crash) that I am mildly neutral on this one. Longer, lighter, faster(slightly in all cases) than my XT. Will have to shoot it to see. Still have the itch for something different(non-Mathews). Will have to wait till Mon. to fondle one though. There are deer that need to be perforated.

What about the Apex and Conquest? How long you want? They sell some great traditional bows.

I wonder if the grip is skinnier now with the rest of the bow, I hate the fat handle mine has.
