I saw to many older bucks cruising in the open this past weekend for it to not be right around the corner.

dad sat down behind our place up against trinity river raanch ronight on the fenceline and watched a ten point aabout 145 class he smmelt the does but wasnt chasing yet!!

Yup. The bachelor groups are breaking up at my place and they're rubbing alot more.

Swineassassin where abouts do you hunt in bastrop??? we hunt down 304 and we havent seen any decent bucks at all this year hopefully this cold weather will bring some of them out... i will be at the lease this weekend!!

We still have a few bachelor groups in our spot in Fredericksburg. However, did see a all out brawl in the field 100yds from my treestand Sunday evening. Not long and it's go time.

I will be in the stand this weekend and next week hope they start moving during the day all my buck picks are at night but i got does during the day so heres hopeing

me and the gf just broke up so im looking forward to some vacation time spent in the stand. Ill be in anderson county this weekend so i will update what i see
