After the first 6 games, here are some TEXAN FACTS: According to BONIN(a professional armchair QB/Monday Morning Coach:

*Gary Kubiak is not a good Head Coach. His teams do not make second-half adjustments. What works against him in the first half, works even better in the second.

*Matt Schaub is an average QB and will never be elite. He can manage a game but will not win it for you in crunch time.

*Andre Johnson is the heart of the offense. Without him, the Texans are one dimensional.

*Mario Williams CAN play Linebacker and his loss is a huge blow. This is a contract year for him. You may never see him play for the Texans again.

*K.Walters, J.Jones, etc. will never be solid #2 WR's. They'll make plays here and there but just cannot get open consistantly. Mason will have his opportunity when Andre is back and drawing double-coverage every snap. He could shine...we'll see.

*The Kareem Jackson Experiment is a failure. He will never make a decent CB in the NFL. Kubiak wasted a 1st rd pick on him. He either play 15 yards off of the WR and gives up out-routes every play OR gets burned deep for big yardage. Opposing QB's know it, target him and beat him consistantly.

*Wade Philips has improved the defense.

I didn't see where Jason Allen was hurt. Not that Jason Allen is lights out, he is better than Kareemed Jackson and should have started.

Same ole same ole. Had a feeling we would win today despite the odds, but like so many other games/seasons we beat ourselves, again. Still time left but there needs to be a fire lit underneath some arses. On the bright side JJones looked awake during the game today!
