Carrying Handgun without CHL

does the regulation pertaining to carrying in a vehicle say something about a "private vehicle"?

does "private vehicle" cover rental cars? what about company vehicles?

It can be your vehicle or any vehicle under your control. Company cars are subject to company policies, even with the passage of the "parking lot" bill this year.

You can look at PC46.02 for further info. There are stipulations that have to be adhered to. Pretty basic common sense stuff though.

i completely disassemble mine because im a minor and im not athorized to carry one but i do anyways but if its not assembled and the parts arent touching its not considered a fire arm so i cant go to jail or a ticket they tried to get my buddy for it and send him to jail and he pointed that out and he got completely off.

I think that you are mistaken. Someone may have let a friend go but disassembling a handgun (or any firearm) does not render it no longer a handgun (or any firearm).

I carry one in my truck got pulled the other night the officer asked for dl and insurance I told him I had a firearm in the truck he asked for chl told I do not have one he said just dont get the gun out or make any fast moves.

Unless I read it wrong the ticket was for speeding so now a CHL will get you out of speeding tickets

Nope.....it didn't get me out of my speeding ticket. Darn the luck....
