    It can be your vehicle or any vehicle under your control. Company cars are subject to company policies, even with the passage of the "parking lot" bill this year.

    You can look at PC46.02 for further info. There are stipulations that have to be adhered to. Pretty basic common sense stuff though.

      I think that you are mistaken. Someone may have let a friend go but disassembling a handgun (or any firearm) does not render it no longer a handgun (or any firearm).

        I carry one in my truck got pulled the other night the officer asked for dl and insurance I told him I had a firearm in the truck he asked for chl told I do not have one he said just dont get the gun out or make any fast moves.
