its funny you put that up. my old secretary went to heb during the drought and started conversation with the girl checking her out about tanks and lakes being out of water and the need for water or we would run out. the cashier said well at least you can come to heb and get bottled water with no clue where the water comes from.... some people think heb is the only way to get food and water. i am glad i was not brought up that way and not bringing my kids up that way.
