i currently own one. if you are going to do it, do it big best of the best. but make sure you have a great location. the tanning season will drop off in the winter so just be prepaired. if you have anymore questions just shoot me a pm

My wife has a mobil spray tanning business. She stays really busy at it. The best thing she found out is to host a tanning party. It's nothing for her to go out, do 10 or so girls and bring home $300-$400 a party!

That's the way to do it. My wife is an aesthetician and has the equipment to do spray tanning. I've been trying to talk her into offering it as a service.

Texas HB 1310 - Enacted (2009 Introduced Legislation)

Requires a parent or legal guardian to sign consent form, in person, for children under 18. Prohibits the use of tanning facilities by anyone under the age of 16.5. Minors are allowed to use the facilities if authorized by a physician. Physician must specify the number of tanning session allowed; if they do not, minors will be allowed to use facilities for a 12-month period. Parents/legal guardians must provide written consent (in presence of tanning device operator) and remain at the facility while the minor uses the tanning device. The tanning facility is responsible for keeping all records pertaining to a minor's use of the facility.
