And, I can say this, I know Salt very well, and he is a man of true character! He asked a question. A simple "Yes, I called" or "I plan to adress the mistake next time I venture through" or "no, I dont think it's necessary" would have been suffice. Instead, we hear a story of campfire talk with huntin buddies being warned of Holier than Thou people that are on the GS...

Wonder what Bro Bill would have done? I personally would have called. To each his own.

Noooo...Cus I picked up and paid for Golden Nuggets thinking it was corn. I kept wondering why 40 pounds of corn was 14 bucks. Lol.

          C'mon CoachK42...."really"??

It's obvious that your opinion is bias, and in this case that is TOTALLY fair because you apparently know SaltH20 (who, I now have no doubt is a great guy), but at the time I responded, I had not had the privlidge of gaining that knowledge, and I honestly recognized his response as an attack on my character.

The "story" of campfire talk was true, and in my opinion was an important aspect of the experience, as this portion of the topic" had just been discussed in camp (this site, as well as many others....AR15.com, a motorcycle forum, etc...). There are those "Hollier than Thou" that post on this forum, as well as others we all read. Wouldn't you agree?

The truth is....this entire thread has been an interesting (and somewhat entertaining) social experiment. I made the mistake of being impatient and responding too quickly, and Salt made the assumption (he even delclared that he was going to get "flamed"....if you remember) that I wasn't going to defend my character.

I make the assumption that every man is concious of how his integrity is interpreted, and I'm curious if you do not also feel the same of your own character?

Again, this isn't really worth the time I've spent on it, but it's still a bit entertaining. LOL.

Every day I learn a new "life lesson"....44 y/o and hope that I still have a lot of learning left to do!!

Also, if the kid is making this mistake often and there is a significant difference in cost, he could be costing the store a lot of money.

BTW...they did not mess up his hunt, he did not have to put it in his feeder.

I firmly believe a mans true character is revealed by his actions when no one is looking.

Wow, the guy came on here asking about pellets from a spinner and now its turned into a "im a better person than you cuz i would drive 20 miles to let the feed store know they made a mistake, even though it was probably a bust on costs.

Geez, Hollier than though is an understatement around here.

The wildgame pellets are not supposed to swell with moisture.
