PSE customer service

I called their customer service to get a Quiver mount(top gun),and the guy took my info and said he would get it out to me.I recieved it today and low and behold not only did i get the mount,but i also got a brand new quiver(6 arrow).If you cant call that top notch customer service,i dont know what to call it..THANK YOU PSE.....Brian

It's not PSE, but they are owned by them. I had a Browning Afterburner that warped a limb. Sent it back and they replaced it with a brand new Eclipse SL (they didn't make the Afterburner anymore). I even left my peep sight in the string since I didn't have a press to get it out before I sent the old one off and they removed it at the factory and sent it along with the new one. Good folks.

Same story with my son's Micro Adrenaline. I couldn't get Gander Mt. to do their job and order new limbs. Called PSE/Browning and they took care of me. New limbs, new string/cable, replaced the peep. Great service.

pse by far is in the top 2 of customer service, tied with kodiak outdoors, if yall arent familiar with them they are awesome and make a sweet bow to boot, i had a guy in the store one day and he had broke a limb on his nova, we called and ordered them and they came in a week later, i told him it would probably be about 75 bucks since his bow was past warrenty , i was very suprised on pse's invoice it said enjoyin the billing space
