    Don't Buy From Eders

    I would like to warn everyone on the site not to buy through Eders.com or bowhuntingoutlet.com. Their customer service is terrible!!!!! I just got off of the phone with the owner regarding an issue and he was extremely rude.

    I had an item in my cart for purchase. I created my account and clicked to purchase and they took the item out of my cart. Their explination (very short and abrupt) was that they couldn't sell at that price they had it listed for. They have since raised the price.

    He told me that I was out of luck - if I would have purchased it 15 minutes earlier, I would have gotten the price. What a jerk.

    I will avoid buying anything from them ever in the future and I suggest you do the same.

          Hmmm, I haven't bought anything from them in a while but always had good luck with Eders. Sorry you got screwed.

            I've always had good luck with Eders too, but all I've ever done is order arrows. In fact I think it is David Eder who answers the phone and he's always been helpful. I will agree though that yanking it out of your cart because of their mistake is bad business.

                      Thats crazy, i had a problem one time ordering from them and i gave them a call and David Eder answered the phone was super apologetic and made me a member to where i receive 3% off anything i order from them. He was either having a horrible day when you called or an extremely good day when i called. He also told me that they ship same day as ordered

                        Ordered a couple of black primos face mask for my ground blind today with no issues and I hope it stays that way......first time I have odered from them but any problems it will be the last to !
