Just finished off steak and twice baked potatoes at home with the wife and kids, watching the Rangers put together a rally tonight, and waiting for the wife's homemade brownies to come out of the oven!!!

If I can't be in the woods, it's a pretty good place to be!

Sitting on on my patio with my wife drinking beer. Just gave the kiddo a bath and put him to bed. Wishing we were sitting in a blind.

Well I am in San Antonio at my sister-in-laws. This was the only weekend we could come and see my nephew. He is going to be 2 next month. He and I have been playing all day. It was worth it, miss opening day. I will hunt next week end. Fixin to eat some Rudy's bbq. Had a half a dozen Bill Miller breakfast tacos today, now it is time for bbq.
What really stinks is I didn't bring my bow. Neighbor here is a bowhunter and has a feed set up behind the house here and has pigs coming in. I told by sister-in-law she was holding out. I could have been at least hunting pigs this morning!
