Nope. My feral cats hang out with the deer at the feeder all the time. Deer just ignore them.

The deer at my house don't mind a cat coming in but the deer at the place I hunt will run off like their butts are on fire at the sight of a cat coming in. It's just what they are used to I guess.

Deer get used to most anything

The pet does here at the house enjoy chasing the cats that come around, I guess they enjoy being the chaser instead of the chasee from time to time.
