Just back from Colorado - What A Trip!

Just returned from elk hunting in the Flat Tops Wilderness, Colorado. Did not get any shots but had several encounters with some nice bulls. One was a 350 inch bull(what a brute).

Moose are great.. I've had several incounters with them while hunting up there.. Amazing how big they are compared to an elk..

I've been there.. Live up there 7 years and only killed a cow.. Never easy to leave regardless.. But the trip looks awesome.. I never did it on horse back but if your going to go all in thats the way to do it!
