Bad sleeping

    Bad sleeping

    Man I'm angry with myself. I've gotten into some bad sleeping habits and it cost me a good duck hunt this morning.

    I need to leave the house about 2am to get to my lease for 5am. Slept down stairs to not wake up the wife. Alarm went off and instead of hitting snooz, I turned it off.

    Needless to say, when one of the other guys on the lease called me at 4 to see where I was, I realized, this year I'm going to have to camp out there the night before. As well as stop doing all the things that have my sleep screwed up, such as stay up to watch TV falling asleep on the couch, to wake up at 1 and crawl into my bed.

    Now I'm trying to figure out what to do with the rest of the day. I need to get outside and out of this house.

      This greatly upsets a lot of gal's... Good idea to make a change..

          A few tips of some things I have done.

          Changed my evening "snack" to a handful of mixed nuts, rather than potato chips, cookies etc.

          Began listening to my body, I went to sleep when I was tired. Some nights that was 9, some nights it was 11.

          Traded in evening TV for a book.

          Got rid of my alarm clock (yep, seems counter intuitive)

          Minimized all light in our bedroom.

          I sleep better than I ever have before. Wake up rested, & no got danged alarms blaring....

            So, did your buddies limit out in 20 minutes? I hate it when that happens, and I'm not there.
