    On The Grill Tonight?

I'm giving a mesquite smoked meatloaf a run on the Egg tonight and will pair it with sautéed mushrooms and spinach.

Really no different than in an oven. Invert the plate setter (legs down), run it up to 350 and set the meatloaf directly on the plate setter. I use a Pyrex loaf pan instead of the foil ones as to me it conducts heat much better.

I was gonna say really the plate setter?
                    And dang you did it.
Wouldn't the bottom get quite a bit hotter than the top of the dish?
Actually it might be a draw now that I think it all over.
