    He will be with us all forever.

    Never had the pleasure of meeting him but I can only imagine how great he was in person. Used to love to read his threads about deer and trying to learn as much as I could with every post. He impacted my life and I never got the pleasure to shake his hand. Matt had the best paw-in-law ever.

                              For those that didn't know it, he was one hell of a fisherman - won more than his share of tournaments! Last time I saw him was 1989 on a treeline in Sandy Creek Bay, T-Bend, pitching a jig in the grass. Wonderful fisherman, too!
