Right there with y'all! I have organized and reorganized my day pack at least a dozen times! Probably made 10 checklists that I have spread all over the house with stuff I need to take Opening weekend! Can't get here fast enough!!

It's bad for me as well. My wife thought I went off the deep end for adding custom paint to my arrows, fletching and spin testing.

Been shooting every other day and every day once in a while.

Sunday will break out all of the cloths / odds and ends for the pack. Washing and hanging outside to dry then packing in plastic.

To say I'm An*l is a vast understatement. I'm an aircraft mechanic and they don't even get it sometimes.

I think Dove season makes it worse. The smell of gun powder and a little chill in the air and I am going nuts.

I got my chops busted yesterday when the wife came in and saw my bow case on the kitchen counter while I was putting new broad heads on a half dozen arrows I just picked up. Too hot and humid in the garage to be out there for any length of time.

you taking your bow out to the lease tonite?

I am bringing mine. if nothing else may sling a few from the tower just to make sure I am hitting what I want to be hitting.

You boys have problems!

I wake up in the morning and go brush my boots. Then I start the feeder. After having my first cup of corn, I go sit in my tripod. Then I put on my scent free deodorant before putting on my arrows. Then I grab my camo and start thinking about my long bow. When I get home I take off my mule and start backstrapping....what? Who said that? Was I day dreaming?
