Just as it reads, shooting in the yard before work and just as I get to anchor. SNAP! look down asking WTH, arrow still knocked top limb ok, bottom limb has about a 5" piece sticking out.. Release and arrow still attached

No there has never been a dry fire. This bow has been meticulously taken care of. Never even hunted in the rain. Its an 07' that I just had bowzone put a string on last year.

Anyone have some contact info for diamond?? Season weeks away and I gave my back up away to a newby two years ago

Same thing happened to me on a Martin Phantom II a few years back. I was in the middle of season so I had to gun hunt the rest of the year.

I'd call the Bowzone and see how quick they can get/order you a limb...also maybe call the Gander Mtn's or some of the other area bowshops and see if anyone has a Black Ice limb...

I shot the Black Ice for a while, they were great bows...Sorry for the bad luck...

There are all kinds of reasons why that could have happened, but maybe it happened on purpose and did not injure you for a reason. You will get it fixed or get a new bow and have a great season.
