Tall racks on game cam, what is the age? (w/ pics)

I've had these two deer coming in (among others). These are different genetics than we typically have (usually have the wide racks instead of tall). I like seeing something different, wish they would mix with the wide ones so we'd have wide AND tall, lol.
Both of these look a little young to me. I'm not good at aging or scoring, so any tips would be appreciated...

Not the best at aging and i sure as hail can't score one on the hoof... To me the top pic looks to be 4.5-5.5...

I really wonder if it has something to do with the drought. Over here in Wellington we have predominantly wide racks on both mine and dads hunting spots. This year, both of us have several of the narrow, tall heavy racks. It doesn't make sense to me, but those bucks didn't just appear out of the dirt, and they are mature. We had already been talking about it, then these pics of yours show up. Both dad and I have a really crazy seven showing up, and it is not the same deer (two different places). Interesting year, for sure.
