Do big bucks come out to open field feeders?

I've got 3 acre or so fields that I plant food plots in the off season. I've also got a protein and corn feeder near the brush of the fields. I have not set up my cams on them since I finally put hog panels up, but wondering from y'all's experience do big mature bucks show up in open fields or should I move the feeders into the brush and just use the fields for the off season crops

    Thanks

will they hang near by or do they just wake up and move late? what is a good way to draw those guys out or hunt them. I see a lot of young bucks and a few doe, but I've only seen a couple of big guys and they were 3.5. I've found some real nice shed horns though so that's what made me start thinking I'm missing the big ones in these fields

put the feeder in the corner of the field...they have 2 avenues of escape there and will feel more comfortable at th feeder.

This...I've actually taken a big buck at a feeder I had in the middle of a large field who was trailing a hot doe & running off smaller bucks.
