thankyou sir may i have another.

sometimes it seems if its not one thing it another. a few weeks ago i broke my finger pretty bad at work, bad enough it will require surgery to fix on the 21, so bow opener i kinda up in the air. if i was already a bit down from that episode, on my way home from work today (light duty) my truck breaks down(fuel pump) 1 mile from my house. luckily my brother came and pulled me to the house, good to have family you can count on. it just seems sometime if its not one thing its another. yall pray for me while i go through this rough spot in my life.

i guess i should count my blessing that it didnt go out while i was at the deer lease 500 miles from home.

yes it can blake, i guess i shouldnt really complain the truck is 5.5 years old with 130k miles and this is the 1st thing i have had to do to it, it still has the original battery (yes i know i need to replace it), it hasnt been all highway miles either a lot of them are rough west texas ranch miles. i have put shocks and tires on the truck.

This and God is what always gets me through the tough times. Even with all the medical issues I have had over the years I do not have to look very far to see many people much worse off.

Sorry about your bad luck brother. Combine these with your accident last year and I'd say you've had enough for a long time. I hope things get better for you.

I totally understand what you are going through, as far as vehicle break downs. Recently, I was trying to make a purchase of some items that I could keep two and sell the others and get my money back.

It was gosh awful hot too, but couldn't pass on the opportunity. The next day, I was supposed to hand over a check for another purchase, which is what I was buying these certain items for. Had to drive nearly two hours near Bonham and ended up with damaged tires and a steering gear box going out. Couldn't make it to the other destination the following day and had given my word to the seller that I'd be there. He was mad at me for not being able to make it.

So, I end up having to put up several items for sale in order to raise extra cash, because I don't want to use credit cards.

Then the next day, my parents' car starts overheating and I end up having to take the intake manifold off to replace a coolant bypass tube. Have to buy new manifold seals that are similar to large o-rings. Water pump bearing is going out too, so I buy a new water pump and also replace radiator hoses. Then find out that the electric cooling fan has gone out. Get a new fan motor ordered, install it and a new thermostat and then discover that the radiator is also partly responsible for overheating problems, so after about $500 in parts, I finally get their car back on the road.

i do believe it to be a test myself, we have recently started going to a new church and are really enjoying it, but it seems lately there has been things keeping us from making it there (sick baby, out of town) i think this is god's way of telling me to get my butt back to key life fellowship and keep my eyes on him.
