Last year, I moved home to SC and really didn't think I would get to hunt. I had a new bow that I had not set up yet. When an opportunity to hunt a small tract of land came up, I had to quickly set up my bow and hope I could get it hunting ready. With no time to try different shafts and BH's, and no time to really BH tune.....I set it up, did a quick walkback tune and some quick attempts at BH tuning. My arrows were a little under spined so I ended up shooting mechanicals........fast forward to this year. After some conversations with Mike(Javi).....I got some stiffer shafts, went with heavier BH's to increase my FOC, and did a little tweaking on my bow to get all the specs right. A little time and a little patience later.....I got her dialed in. My groups are great, and its shooting fp's and 2 different fixed blade BH's to the same POI........Here's a group I shot at 50 yds this evening......1 fp....1 G5 Montec....and 1 Slick Trick. Huge thanks to Mike for taking time to lead me in the right dirrection. It's time to let the air out of something.
