Feed contents f deer ???

We have sheep on our place in the hillcountry and a buddy said the cattle feed has copper content and is not good for them. So it got me wondering about the copper content for DEER and maybe any other minerals not being good for them... anyone know?

No, I don't. But it always bothers me when I hear someone talk about feeding deer sweet feed or something of that nature. They're not horses.

All the deer protein I have seen says not to feed to sheep due to the copper...

Good stuff there Mike, I'll take a closer look into that as I feed protein as well. Just tryin to keep the animals safe as I can...
