    Video Glass's

I have three pair of the I-Kam video glass's left and I want to sell all three, or trade for a couple dozen arrows.

Keep seeign alot about the Canon Visia/Vixia series, will look into those. I think it is because digital zoom is too blurry and not as clear?

Dang, 25x optical? What you pay for it? I liked the video for sure, especially of my kill from it

Went to Sam's Club last week and noticed they were selling the
Canon Vixia HFR20 for around $300(?)
Has internal memory and holds 2 SD cards.

I have the HFs20 and really pleased with it.
Use this as our secondary camera.
We added a wide view lens onto the front get a wider view in closer quarters.

"Meatatarian" was along with me at Sam's and he was doing a little research on the camera since he loves my Vixia... he may be interested in selling his Vixia30 so he can go from tape to digital???

i paid under $350 for it from Amazon. I turn the digital zoom off on mine and only use the opitcal. you've seen the quality, it cant get much better imo.

I agree...I was pleased with it for sure. Even the 100-120 yard shot on the BB was great. Musta been the camera man

That was a good read, Thanx! I think the Canon HF-M30's were replaced with the M40's and I think the only major difference between the two is the chip in the M40's...which is supposed to be the chip used in their higher end cameras.

The new Sony has 60x optical 2000x digital. The model number is DCRSR68 on the newest model. I read a post on another website years back from Vicente Padilla who did "Don't Shoot Young Big Bucks" and the Sony was the inexpensive camcorder he recommended. I promise you won't be disappointed. If you go HD you get a better picture but you don't get the zoom.

I've got videos posted on youtube under "tdwranch" that were all filmed with this camera. Keep in mind on youtube you lose a lot of the quality on youtube but you can get some indication of what to expect. The video "One Eared Willy" I zoomed from the blind all the way in to the pig to give you an indication of the zoom quality.

Can't go wrong with the HDC-TM700 - great little camera.

What do you dislike/like about yours?

Looks like the 700 is better then the 900 by a tad....but the older 700 model is $200 more

Makes no sense why old model is more expensive then new updated 900 model

I like my DCR SR 80. Seems to work really well in low light conditions. Got pretty good video off of a crappy tripod of my kids doe at 144 yards.

Sounds good. Can some of yall post some of yalls videos here for me? Like low light videos and rifle hunt videos of 100-200 yards. I would appreciate it. Thanks everyone

Still looking for more input. TM700 and 900 seems to be a very popular camera with the 700 being very hard to find new
