Went to Wallgrreens to stock up for the camper at the ranch tomorrow. 16 D cells, 12 C cells and 2 123's for $67.60

No kidding, bought 2 8 pack lithium AA and cost came to about $36.

I pick up all my batteries at sams club. They sell a 12 pack of lithiums for 19.99. they are the cheapest i have found for batteries local.

I am glad that my reconyx only needs batteries once a year

I buy my feeder batteries at Grainger. I work for the state and they extend the state discount for employees personal use. I bought a case (12) of 6 volt spring tops plus two 24 packs of AAs for less than $25. They work just as well if not better than the high dollar batteries.
