1. Does anyone know of a way to block access to the website so that it cannot be used?

2. Is it possible to retrieve messages that have been sent via the app and deleted on the phone?

What is Text Plus? I'm guessing an app that lets you text without a messaging plan?

Roger that. It does it over wifi, therefore it is a "get around' for the sms app on the phone.
