Need some out of state advice

I just moved from South Texas to Fayetteville, Arkansas to play baseball at the UofA. That meant leaving my deer lease behind except for hollidays. Not going to lie, it was a super hard choice to make.

Im wondering if anyone knows anything about the public land opportunities here in Arkansas, and if so, what to i need to do to successfully hunt these deer?
