Anyone know a gunsmith in the lufkin area

I have a 20 ga yildiz over under with a broken firing pin. I was able to get a new pin from yildiz now I am looking for a gunsmith to do the work.

In Huntington down by Hanks creek boat ramp. Where you turn left to go into the park, take a right and go down that road a bit then take I think first left. There should be a sign

Phil Keho is the gunsmith down by Hank's Creek. I do not have his number. Good guy. Does good work and is resonable.

Phil's Gun Repair. He's good and reasonable. He's done everything for me from installing a shotgun bead to custom turning a 7mag barrel.

              Canny,
Steve with Osage Firearms outside of Nac helped me get the part for my glock that broke, Not sure if he is a "gun smith" or just a gun dealer, but you might try contacting him. I will bring his card to school with me tomorrow and give you his info if you want.

Does anyone have a phone number for Phils? I called the one listed online and it has been disconnected?

Dont know of a gunsmith but my family just re-opened the Schlotzsky's in Lufkin so you should stop by on your way to the gun smith and have a nice bite to eat

Had a friend with one of those with the same problem and like to never found a smith that would touch it.

Contact Evans Brothers at 936-422-4867 for Phil's number. They are the ones that turned me on to him.

I believe Phils past away a few months ago. There was a Phil Kio Jr that owned "Phils Gun Repair Shop" in Huntington that past back in Febraury but I hate to put this and it be the wrong guy. He had done work on my 30-06 and we went back for my dads gun and it was closed and phone disconnected. Id try Evans Brothers and they should point you in the right direction.
