Built a new stand this weekend 4x8/ Cost break down

I've been thinking about building a new stand and was online the other day and bought some aluminum. I wanted to build a light stand this time. My past stands take 3-4 people to help stand up. This stand is very light weight! Used Aluminum for my framing and the roof and floor are the bulk of the weight! Used the deer view windows and are they sweet! Money well spent on the windows, I normally build my own. The windows were (2) 48"x 11 1/2 and (2) 24"x 11 1/2. I built this stand Saturday and Sunday, two day turn around! Here's cost and pics of a 4x8x6 stand the actual roof head room is 6'2"
    Aluminum- $184.00
    Deer View windows- $265.00
    Coroplast sheets- $72.00
Home Depot- $375.00 (plywood for floor and siding for roof, screen door, aluminum welding wire, tips, a few aluminum angle pieces(much cheaper online), screws, hinges, paint, and caulk.
    So total is $896.00

how did the coroplast work out for you? Have heard some people use it with mixed results. Will be curious how it holds up for you. Is it pretty sturdy or dows it have quite a bit of flex? I build my stands in a modular fashion cause its usually just me hanging or building. I may have to try the coroplast. Again just concerned about its longevity and if it gets brittle ina year.

You ordered the aluminum online? Where?

Thanks for sharing, gives me some food for thought next year

                      I bought the metal from www.online metals.com
I have talked to some guys that have stands 2 years old with the plastic and it's still holding up.
I'm willing to bet this stand is under 150 lb's. So I'll find out this weekend if I can stand it up by myself. I'm only putting this one up about 6-8 foot. I'm sure at 6' it will go up easy.
It's very sturdy, at least on the ground!! Thanks
