    ?? how you cook Boudin??

    Its been awhile since I have cooked boudin and just found a package in the freezer. Cook it like sausage in pan of water or on the grill only. Flat can't remember.

    I like it on a wood fired grill.

      Most boil it. I actually put it on the grill cuz I eat the casing. If you put it over the flame, the casing will get crispy and delicious. Now I am going to have to go pull some out of the freezer as well.

            I just cooked 2 cases Friday night on a wood burning pit. Cook it till it pops

                grill it or wrap it in foil and put it on the grill.

                you can also cut it out of the casing and mix it with sourcream for a good dip.

                  guess I'm going to go with the pan of water. I will have to get more for the grill later.

                    I grill mine over fire, or I pan fry it. I like the nice golden crispy skin.

                          I have cooked in oven also. great to take out of casing and put in a frying pan and brown it up and mix a little scambled eggs with in the morning

                            Slice a chicken breast in half saute boudan in skillet put boudan in chicken fold chicken over wrap in Bacon and slow grill it
