Academy guy asked me about being HIP certified all on his own but I was ready to ask if necessary. I didn't realize they were responsible for asking now.

If I'm not mistaken, they used to have a pop-up window that would have them ask you. Now they actually have to click on something to get your HIP Certification.

When I got mine, I almost had to walk behind the counter myself to get my license. I told her I needed my tags for my lifetime license (handed her my lifetime card). He tried to sell me a lifetime license for $1800!
