Corp land in line of fire from private land.

    Exactly. Zoom in on the feeder. It says posted on it and looks like there is a bullet hole in the center of the "P". This makes things worse. Also, if you look at the top barb wire strand it is new/ replaced. The other strands are rusted. I'm gonna show COE and see if he wants to get warden involved.

      Really nothing you can do until a law is broken. If you don't like it then don't hunt there. Find a different public property to hunt.

      I don't like the set up any more than most the guys here but it's not my property. He can do as he wishes on his side of the fence.

      If I was you I wouldn't let that stop me from hunting the coe land. Walk in 20 minutes earlier and walk out 20 minutes later to ensure you safety as best you can. If you hear a gun shot then maybe check it out to see if he broke the law by his projectile crossed the property line.

      For the record, that is not my set up. Hope it all works out for you.

          You might want to get some sort of flashing light or something similar, that you can hold, if you're going to be walking thru there, before/after shooting light.
