A follow up to last year's story at the LSBA kids shoot

You guys might remember this story where a little girl came up to shoot a the TTHA show last year and after shooting, she loved it. So her grandfather bought her a bow at the show.

Well, this year I'm at the booth again and her grandfather walks up and starts telling me about how he bought his granddaughter a bow because she shot a bow at the lsba booth at the show last year. Ironically I was there for that and spoke with him and his granddaughter and pointed them in the direction of TBH.

I ask if she took to it at all or was it just a impulse buy. He went on to tell me that she was shooting 3d tournaments and had one either last weekend or next weekend in Arlington and that she loves it and can't get enough. It's good to hear the stories of kids getting into archery and not dropping it. Just thought I would spread a little good news.

That's awesome. Just takes an invite and some consistency.

I remember the original thread. It's good to know it wasn't a phase and that she really took to it

I remember all those threads Jim. And one of the best pictures from this years show was the picture of you kneeling and the little girl shooting the bear balloons.
                Great picture.
Edit---- maybe someday this young lady will be a world champion.

I'm sick too. I should have used more of that antibacterial stuff David brought.

Taz, thanks for bringing her over to the booth, she was a big help. She also offered something different in the booth rather than 4 old men helping the kids.
