I have been fletching arrows for years and have done hundreds. I recently wanted to try some blazer wraps and vanes. I used my standard goat tuff and helix jig. Blazers peeled of with ease and came off shooting very easily. Tried fletchtite platinum and same story. Did fletch a few with the same wrap and glue with fusions and they seem pretty well adhered. I have used many other wraps but these are pretty shiny and slick. Just wondering if anyone else has had this issue. I really liked the blazer look but can't chance the horrible adhesion. I also have other jigs such as a Jo-jan and Bitz but really like the helical of the helix.

Are you cleaning the vane base?
Are you cleaning the wrap after installing?
I ask, because even though 'they' say no need for cleaning, in my experience, you need to wipe both with denatured alcohol.
In most cases, using Fletch-Tite Platinum, Blazers, and wraps, the wrap will tear before the vane will come off.(assuming both were cleaned with denatured alcohol).
Might also make sure jig is pressing vane base adequately.
