My wife and I will be hunting in Cass Co. just south of Linden,Well this will be our first yr hunting E. Tx and would like to find a good or great processor out that way or somewhere close to I30 east heading back to the metromess,So if you have a favorite and can help us out we would greatly appreciate it.. Steve Blakenship in Merit. Kind of off 30 but not to far (10 miles or so) by Greenville. 903 776 2303. I have used him for the past 5 years and really like him, just don't care for his hot link recipe. Everything else is great though including price. It's actually called Po Boys Outback processing.
