Aransas National Wildlife Refuge? Is it worth the fee for bowhunting? I am thinking about applying and was wondering about what the place is like. Let me know?

it's tuff hunting, lots of bugs altho might not be bad this year and lots of hunters

If you do go, make sure you take your skeeter mask. Don't cheap out on the thing either.

The 'skeeters are thick as heck at ground level, but once you get up 10' or higher in a tree, they are minimal. One morning I couldn't find a good tree and they ran me back to the truck in 30 minutes!!
