Texas LEOs Would Know What Bait To Use!!!

I just read a story on-line about a red-tailed hawk that flew through an open window into an apartment building in New York City. The police, in an attempt to capture it, used BREAD CRUMBS in their unsuccessful attmepts. DUH!!

I think any of our Texas LEOs (or any of our green screen folks) might have a clue about feeding bread crumbs to a hawk.
