      The giant peccary has a gland that is active in other peccary species and used to mark territories as well as each other. However, the new peccary is scentless, van Roosmalen said.
      Well, it would make claning them a little more pleasant. I wonder if they taste like the other species...

      Peccaries are hoofed animals closely related to swine and hippopotami.
      I told someone that they were related to the hippo, but they didn't believe me They thought I was BSing them. I'll save the article for further conversation.
