Find an area where deer or traveling and create your own scrapes under branches that can be used for licking branches.

I always wear rubber boots and will scrape the ground bare with my feet, pee in the dirt, mix it in with a stick, and setup a trailcam overlooking the scrape. The Pearl Lite was a little joke between a lot of the people on here and myself that know I always keep Pearl Lite in my icechest at camp. Plus, I am sure some of it went out the bladder and into the scrape

Kinda hooked on that darn Abita Purple Haze now. Unreal how many does and bucks alike hit those scrapes.

Many a picture has been posted using that method.

It really works. I'm not afraid of peeing off my stand anymore. I once had an 8 and 6 point stand in it 5 minutes after I pee'd off the stand.

            Sorry for the hijack!!!

My FIL pees all over his senderos, he swears by it. Guess he's not as crazy as I thought.

i use rock salt, salt blocks, etc with Block Topper on it to get it started. once the deer find it ,they start licking/eating it and then digging it out of the ground. looks almost like a hog wallow by the end of the season ! can't use corn in east texas as the hogs smell it from 50 miles away and won't let anything else get some ! the block topper is just to kick start everything. the salt works alone but it takes 'em longer to key in on it .

Yes these seem to work also. They would hammer and finish a block in 7 days or less. Smells very good and not too expensive. I put ours inside an old tire rim to keep it off the ground, so it doesnt break down so easy

BB2 started using it last year very good stuff. Using some new sugar beet minerals from primos at some stands.

my brother has been using creep for a couple of years and says the deer tear it up, it is not to expensive and we tried it out last month, haven't had time to go retrieve the pics yet, I think any sort of cattle protein will work, the key is having water close especially this year

FYI, the piggies love the sweet creep! I fed straight 16% sweet creep all of May and June and the pigs were killing it like crazy. But it is cheaper than corn, I haven't quite figured that out yet.

                          1. Corn
                          2. Corn and Rice bran . TSC carry's it. Peanut butter in the winter.
