      If I could get permission to hunt inside Horseshoe Bay I would, 40 acres on the edge of a place like Horseshoe Bay or any place like that would be a gold mine.

          Here the state law is 150 yards from the closest permanent dwelling, unless you have the owner's permission. Archery or gun if you can believe that.

          One piece of advise- while driving to/from where the suburbanites are, wear a color t shirt with your camo pants and change it when you park and are ready to hunt. No sense upsetting anybody and calling attention to what you're doing. You can say the **** with 'em, but why bother?
