Are there any sights or programs out there that are free or inexpensive that allow you to customize a map? What I need to do is enter GPS coordinates from various spots on a body of water, label them, and then print the map out.

maps.google.com I just looked for Austin (30°15′N 97°45′W) with GPS coordinates and it worked. If you sign in you can create "my maps" and do it that way, but it sounds like you need maritime maps...unless the body of water is a lake and you mean land points around it
