Prayer request

My wife has an ultra-sound on her thyroid gland in the morning and we would greatly appreciate prayers for her. We've been through a lot lately, lost my Mom in Dec., my Dad in Apr., and my MIL in July. I'm not sure how much more of this I can take, and she feels the same. I know God won't give us more than we can handle, but we're really tired, and need some rest. There are no indications that this is more than a hyper-active thyroid gland, but the chances are there for it to be more serious. We are turning it over to God, and laying it at His feet.

And we know that all things work together for good to them that love God, to them who are the called according to his purpose.
Romans 8:28

My dad had his Cancerous Thyroid removed in December and it was a simple surgery. He just takes Thyroid medicine now. Keep us updated!

Thanks for the prayers, everyone. Preliminary results (the ultra sound tech's opinion) is that this is a simple goiter. That's treatable and not terribly serious. However, the tech is not a DR. and we're holding on for the Dr.'s opinion.
