I did it...What a change it made for me and my wife. And to be honest, I may do it again as it helps to really keep your focus on your marriage.
Another one that I suggest is getting a copy of Mark Grungor's Laugh Your Way to a Better Marriage. It seriously is an awesome series, not to mention comical.

I read the book, and followed some of the principles in it, but never "officially" did the Love Dare. Good reading and good ideas!
