Vehicle Title Question

What would be the appropriate procedure I would take if I bought a vehicle from a different state, and the individual I bought it from printed his name on the title as a buyer, but never got the title transferred into his name? How much would it cost?

you can always get a bonded title they cost 100 and a 100 if you get them to do the paper work.

wife says there is a correction form/power of attrny that needs to be filled out by seller and notarized along with copy of his DL. check with the county office if you have questions. wife has worked in car business for 20+ years and its always changing but says it justs takes a couple of extra steps to do it right
