    BLOB target

I got one of the "Blob" targets about 4 years ago. It has finally succumbed to continous broadhead shooting and I cut it in half so I can still use part of it.
HOWEVER, I would like to get another one size: 24x24x8.
Does anyone have a contact with the original Blob guy and is he still selling and distributing these. He used to get them and drive to certain locations for pick up.
I know about American Archery targets but I am opting for the original, IF still available.
    Thanks

Sure would like to get one of these targets. Anyone know Approx how much it costs to ship one from GA? They are pretty heavy.

Maybe some of the folks who have bought them in the past will chime in. I tried to get in on a run the guy was doing last year, I think it was, but didn't get to. From what I remember these targets will outlast anything out on the market and according to the website if you use strictly field points they may outlast your lifetime. I'm thinking shipping them would be pretty expensive. Guess I'll send the guy an email to see what he says.

That's cheaper than I thought it would be assuming you paid todays prices. Waiting to see what it would cost to ship it down this way.

                So you like? Worth it?

i know Blake has used them extensively and knew the guy when they did the runs out this way a year or two ago. I had so many targets I passed but will probably get one if someone finds decent pricing.

Wouldn't trade for it. Takes forever to break in but will stop a BH on a dime. It's tough to get the arrows out until it breaks in but well worth the $$.

The reason I am looking to get another is they held up so well. I loaned mine to a friend so he could practice with broad heads before a big hunting trip. I asked him to make sure that he moved the aimed spot around and to reverse the target side so the "BLOB" would get even usage.
In his inifinate wisdom he started shooting through the center of the target and made a hole the size of a grapefruit.(100's of shots over three week peroid)
Then he decided to cut the target in half , so there would be two targets to shoot at.

I am currently looking for a replacement "BLOB" so my friend will have the opportunity to pay for the replacement new one.
The target is EXTREMELY durable. Ihad my above mentioned BLOB four years prior to it's untimely disection.
