being friends with the fed gw down here, I feel comfortable saying multiple folks can gift their limits to one person. I will not promise the next fed gw will do the same but we have done this and I know my compadre well enough that he would not put himself in a position of breaking the migratory laws.
Let's just say 15 fellas went out hunting and got their limits & they wanted to have a feast at one house the following weekend. One guy could transport & keep all the birds.
After the hunt, they would write out a permission 'gift' with qty of birds, name, address, phone number and hunting lic number saying the birds were harvested by them & donated to said person. All limits must be seperated during transport & storage. Keep permission slips until consumed.
