Bearded dragon lizard?
This is it in the bottom of a 5 gallon bucket

Mountain Lion for sure. You can tell by the ears and long tail. Dead giveaway. Appears to be young too.

Looka like a bearded dragon to me too. They are not native ansd it probably escaped from someones house. As stated above; somebody lost a cool pet.
