Wheat Bran or Rice Bran, Which is Better

Got the recipe for the "Magic" Powder, but I was wondering if one bran is better than the other?

Rice bran, it has more moisture content. Wheat bran is very dry and tends to blow away in a stiff breeze. They will eat both but seem to prefer the rice.

No sheet Sherlock I just thought Busbee's or somebody might have some. It's mostly closer to the coast, right?

I would imagine you could find or get one of the larger stores in the area to order you some in. I know I could get it at Red Chain in Gorman. Just never tried it.

The batch I made with the wheat bran is working fine ( if you don't mind weveels) That bag looked 15 years old.
