    1/4 Cord Firewood

How much should I expect to pay for a 1/4 cord of firewood? Found it for $75 in Arlington.

Based on cord price that is high, but like most everything else I imagine the less you buy the more expensive it gets. I've always paid <$200/cord.

Whew. Couldn't even think about stocking up on firewood right now.

Saw a truck drive by yesterday pulling a splitter and I started sweating just thinking about it.

As many trees as I have dying I need to start cutting some for those prices

I used to get $120-150 delivered

I would not cut 1/4 cord for $100 in this heat though

I am in the lawn and landscape business, and sell firewood in the winter, we are sitting about 100 cords of oak right now, and sell it for $165 for a full cord picked up, and $85 for a half cord. Located in Greenville, Texas! If you need some wood just give me a shout! Wood seems to bring more $$$$ in the metro mess, but $75 a 1/4 is kind of steep!
