House wiring help PLEASE!!! this ones weird

I am trying to install some motion lights on our seperate garage. I want to run wires from the lights to a switch box that is already installed. The switches were old so I pulled the whole box out and was planning on re doing the whole thing. The box had two switches in it.

I cut the power on them and removed the whole box..I've done this before....here's my problem. The wires coming from the power suppy are nothing like I've ever seen. I got 3 red wires and two grey. I dont know how wire them...never seen 3 reds...theres no ground wire.

I have a meter is there a way to check and see which is which? I'm guessing one of the reds is the ground...maybe it supposed to be like that but I'm used to a black a white and a naked wire..easy.

Turn power back on and test them, then make a mental note. just my guess.

Check the instructions. I know this may be hard to do, but they usually have a description of what each wire is(hot, neutral, common)

Not sure what Im looking for. I did find the I get 120v on all the wires if I hold the black meter lead on one of the red wires.... would that mean IT is the groond?
